Novice Nage No Kata (1st THREE sections of the kata will be performed.), Nage No Kata, Katame No Kata, Ju No Kata, Goshin Jitsu, and Itsusu No Kata divisions will be offered. To help us with preparations, all kata teams must pre-register by the January 31. Kata teams are $75 per team for the first kata and $60 per team for each additional kata.
